Kathryn (Kay) Satchell, RN

Kay took the reins of the Seaford office of Peninsula Home Care in 2009. She holds a Registered Nursing degree from Wor-Wic College, is certified in health care quality where she has spent much of her career.

Nancy Bagwell
Branch Director - Salisbury, MD

Nancy joined Peninsula Home Care in 2011 bringing 14 years of home health expertise to the Salisbury branch. She moved to the Eastern Shore from Richmond, Virginia where she worked for Bon Secours, and led the business to become recognized as the Best Performing Home Health Care agency in Richmond in 2008, by Medicare Home Health Compare. Nancy leads a team of 37 professionals who serve the Wicomico and Somerset Counties.

Stephanie Mitchell, RN,
Director of Clinical Operations

Stephanie just celebrated her seventh anniversary with Peninsula Home Care and offers more than nineteen years of experience in the home health care industry. As director of clinical operations, Stephanie manages policy and procedures for regulatory requirements, clinical documentation and technology advancements for PHC. She is also responsible for staff training and development for the clinical managers in four locations, including Ocean Pines, Salisbury, Seaford and Richmond, Virginia. Stephanie earned her nursing degree from Allegany College of Maryland.
