		Home care services are available when you don't need to be in the hospital, but you still need medical attention. In-home services are available 24 hours/day. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm No Patient will be excluded from services by the Agency due to gender, race, ancestry, national origin or disability.
