Peninsula Home Care (PHC) and Nanticoke Health Services (NHS) announced the launch of the partnership "Peninsula Home Care at Nanticoke" in Seaford, Delaware. CHMG Capital, PRHS Health Venture Partners and Nanticoke Health Services will share equal ownership in the Sussex County branch office.
