Worcester County Community Liaison
Deborah joined Peninsula Home Care in 2007 and currently serves as a community liaison in the Wicomico County region. She has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 21 years following her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Salisbury University in 1974. Prior to her time with Peninsula Home Care, Deborah worked for Harrison House of Snow Hill and Gull Creek Senior Living Community. The daily challenges of home care keep her busy as she continues to build relationships and work along-side a dynamic team of professionals to make a difference in patients’ lives.
Delaware Community Liaison
Shelley Waters-West joined the Peninsula Home Care team in 2022 as a community liaison account manager. She earned an associate degree in Human Services in 2018 and then went on to work as a case manager for the Division of Social Services for two years. In 2020, she transitioned into a job as a Family Service Coordinator for a non-profit organization. After nine months, Shelley was promoted to Program Coordinator. Upon leaving the non-profit segment, she joined the Peninsula Home Care team. She brings compassion, understanding, patience, and innovative ideas into the company to help build relationships with providers and residents in the community.
Maryland Community Liaison
Holly Jones started working with the Peninsula Home Care team in 2021. She serves as a community liaison with the goal of creating positive lasting experiences and serving people in the community. Over the last 20 years, she worked in the hospitality industry in different roles and her career led her from upstate New York to Long Island, New Jersey, and Vail, Colorado to Virginia Beach. She has been a resident of Delaware for the last 13 years and has enjoyed the opportunity to live near the beach and work in the home care field.
