How to Choose Home Care

Being discharged from the hospital after an illness or injury can be just as stressful as the reason for being admitted.  The panic of “what now?” comes over many family members and loved ones left to care for the patient. But a sigh of relief can be heard down the halls of the hospital when the words “home care” are spoken and the “what now” quickly turns into “what home care?”
