Nancy Bagwell
Area Director of Operations – Maryland and Delaware

Nancy joined Peninsula Home Care in 2011 bringing 14 years of home health expertise to the Salisbury branch. She moved to the Eastern Shore from Richmond, Virginia where she worked for Bon Secours, and led the business to become recognized as the Best Performing Home Health Care agency in Richmond in 2008, by Medicare Home Health Compare.

In her role as Peninsula Home Care area director of operations she has assumed responsibility of the Eastern Shore branches of Maryland and Delaware. Bagwell will guide day-to-day operations to ensure the PHC team provides high quality care per regulatory standards. She will also continue to work closely with community partners such as Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Nanticoke Health Services, and local practitioners to provide services such as the Community Health Worker Program to reduce hospital readmissions through a coordinated continuum of care model.

Jennifer Kline - MD Branch Manager at Peninsula Home Care

Jennifer Kline
PHC Maryland Branch Director – Salisbury & Ocean Pines

As branch director, Jennifer oversees the Salisbury and Ocean Pines staff to ensure quality of care is delivered in a timely manner and is responsible for hiring skilled and qualified personnel to support home care patients’ needs.

In 1992, Jennifer graduated from University of North Carolina Wilmington, Cameron School of Business with a degree in Business Management.  Shortly after, she returned to school at Queens University of Charlotte to become a Registered Nurse.  Jennifer worked in the ICU at Charlotte Medical Center and also spent time in a rehabilitation facility before joining the Peninsula Home Care team in 2011.  As a case manager, she worked in the field delivering direct patient care.  In 2012, she was promoted to clinical manager in the Salisbury office and managed the staff, was responsible for in-take, daily operations and scheduling.  Two years later she moved to the Ocean Pines office and worked in the same capacity.  This year Jennifer was promoted to Maryland branch director, overseeing both the Salisbury and Ocean Pines offices.

Beverly White - PHCN Delaware Branch Director - Seaford

Beverly White
PHCN Delaware Branch Director – Seaford

As Branch Director of PHCN, Beverly is accountable for organizing and managing all aspects of administrative and clinical activity in the branch. She is responsible for the growth of agency business and increasing the market share through innovative marketing programs and quality services. Beverly is also responsible for financial management to achieve all company stated goals and for the integrity of service delivery to meet regulatory, company and professional standards. She also manages the staff through recruitment and retention efforts and by providing an environment for individuals to be successful.

In October, 2015, Beverly joined the Peninsula Home Care at Nanticoke team as a community liaison. She has a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration, and by December 2016 will have completed her Doctorate of Education/Organizational Leadership and Administration degree. She is also licensed as a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist.

Robyn Coughenour Branch Manger - Peninsula Home Care

Robyn Coughenour
PHC Director of Clinical Service

As director of clinical services for Peninsula Home Care, Robyn is accountable for directing and implementing processes that monitor and facilitate continuous improvement of the clinical services delivered by the organization. She coordinates and participates in orientation, training programs, staff development, regulations, and accrediting standards. She is a member of the senior management team, participating in strategic planning, policy development and implementation, and administrative decision making with a focus on the integrity of the company’s clinical practice.

A nurse for 27 years, Robyn has worked in the home care industry for 20 years. She started as a behavioral health home care and hospice nurse. She also served in home care management and administration in a variety of positions from clinical manager to director of operations for the last 18 years. In 2004, Robyn opened the first Delaware Peninsula Home Care branch office in Seaford, Delaware.
Originally from Kent Island, Maryland, Robyn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Maryland and is a Diploma RN graduate of Macqueen Gibbs Willis School of Nursing.
