Nancy Bagwell Promoted to Area Director of Operations at Peninsula Home Care
Published on - March 28, 2016SALISBURY, MD – Peninsula Home Care (PHC), an award winning home care agency on the Lower Shore of Delmarva, announced the promotion of Nancy Bagwell to area director of operations. Bagwell will work to ensure marketability and growth in the region and focus on Peninsula Home Care providing the highest quality of care to every patient, every time.
As area director of operations, Bagwell will guide day-to-day operations to ensure the PHC team provides high quality care per regulatory standards. She will also continue to work closely with community partners such as Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Nanticoke Health Services, and local practitioners to provide services such as the Community Health Worker Program to reduce hospital readmissions through a coordinated continuum of care model.

Bagwell joined Peninsula Home Care as branch director, in 2011, bringing 14 years of home health expertise to the Salisbury branch. She moved to the Eastern Shore from Richmond, Virginia where she worked for Bon Secours and led the business to become recognized as the Best Performing Home Health Care agency in Richmond in 2008, by Medicare Home Health Compare. In her role as Peninsula Home Care area director of operations she has assumed responsibility of the Eastern Shore branches of Maryland and Delaware.
